Transport Service Terms & Conditions

1. Pick-Up and Waiting Time Policy

We strive to ensure timely service for all our passengers. Our drivers will arrive at the requested pick-up location at the scheduled time.

  • Complimentary Waiting Period: We provide a complimentary waiting period of up to 60 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.

  • Extended Waiting Charges: If the passenger has not arrived or is not ready to depart within the 60-minute complimentary period, additional waiting time will be charged.

  • Billing for Delays: Any waiting time exceeding the initial 30 minutes may be charged at $25 AUD per 30-minute increment (or part thereof).

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Please ensure you are at the designated pick-up point on time. If we are unable to make contact with the passenger after the complimentary waiting period has expired, the ride may be considered a "No-Show" and the full fare plus applicable waiting fees may be charged.

3. Passenger Conduct and Safety

  • For the safety and comfort of all passengers and our drivers, we reserve the right to refuse service to any person who behaves in a disorderly, threatening, or abusive manner.

4. Delays, Force Majeure & Missed Flights
While we use all reasonable efforts to collect and deliver items within agreed timeframes, collection and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our services where such delay or failure is caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic accidents, road closures, severe weather, public transport disruption, police or security incidents, mechanical breakdowns, strikes, industrial action, or other unforeseen events.

In particular, we will not be responsible or liable for any loss, cost or damage arising from missed flights, trains, or other onward travel arrangements, including but not limited to additional travel expenses, accommodation costs, or any consequential or indirect loss. We strongly recommend that you allow ample time between your scheduled collection/delivery and any onward travel.
